BNS Section 99 – Concealing or failing to disclose information about terrorist act

Whoever knowing or reasonably believing that a terrorist act has been committed fails to give information of such act to the police without reasonable cause shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years or with fine or with both.
