Mumbai, May 26, 2026 — Observing that the investigation is complete and keeping an accused behind bars for an unlimited period is of no use, the Additional Sessions Court in Vasai has granted regular bail to an accused in a shop theft and arson case.
The court noted the absence of recovery and the lack of direct evidence tying the accused to the offence, and released her on a bond of Rs 50,000.
