Whoever being a member of a group or gang commits theft chain snatching theft from vehicle theft of vehicle carrying goods dacoity and robbery extortion acts of cheating frauds and cyber crimes illegal trade in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances sexual exploitation illegal trade in human organs land grabbing financial scams shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years and shall also be liable to fine.
